Design Testing & Validation

To fully optimize the design process and save development time, we have equipped our design laboratories with automated CAD/CAM prototype equipment that allows us to save weeks of wait-time for the prototype development and testing / validation.

In our laboratories, Engineering Designs are continually and thoroughly tested in practical real-life situations. Testing and validation results are the most competent indicator that the design is on the right path and that final product will fully meet the customer's expectations, as well as regulatory requirements.

The standardized test and validation processes we use during design include:

Manufacturing Process

Located in India, the Pango Medical Devices manufacturing facility is a 50,000 square foot state-of-art facility capable of manufacturing, assembly, packaging and sterilization of Class I and Class II medical equipment.

We hold ISO9001:2000 & ISO 13485:2003 quality and regulatory certifications. The products designed by Pango Medical are FDA 510(k) cleared and UL & CE certified.

One of Pango's core values is "Speed to Succeed" and manufacturing plays an important role in keeping this commitment to our customers. Our manufacturing team is firmly dedicated to the Lean Six Sigma Process that we have carefully developed over the past 10 years. We have fully automated our manufacturing processes and testing procedures to ensure safety, high-quality control and short delivery times on the final end-product.
